Great festival at Holiday Lake 4-H Camp; workshops, dancing, and concerts - lots of jamming!
Rounders teach fiddle, banjo & guitar classes. Check it out!

Mars Hill Blue Ridge Old-Time Music Week
Sign up for classes, jamming, a week of fun! Wide variety of classes and instructors.

Sept. 3-7, 2008
JP Fraley Mountain Music Festival, Carter Caves State Park, Kentucky.
Four days of Old Time Mountain Music in the beautiful scenery of Carter Caves State Park, in eastern Kentucky (just off I-64). Concerts, workshops, and open 'jams take place in the shaded amphitheater near the park's Lodge. Legendary Kentucky fiddler JP Fraley's family has organized this unpretentious and entertaining festival for 30 years. The Reed Island Rounders are among several 'regular' performers, including the Corn Drinkers, from Dayton, Ohio, Ky's finest Roger Cooper and Paul Smith, master guitarist Robin Kessinger, and innovative dulcimer artist Alan Freeman.

Augusta October Old-Time Week, Davis & Elkins College, Elkins, WVa.
Well known for intensive music, dance, and craft classes, the Augusta Heritage Workshops' October Old Time Week is one not to miss! More intimate than the summer sessions, great teachers, and lots of dancing.
Betty is teaching Advanced Fiddle, Diane is teaching Intermediate Banjo, and Billy is teaching beginning Old-Time guitar backup.

33rd Annual New Jersey Folk Festival - Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ, 10am - 6pm.
All-day festival featuring the traditions of the Dominican Republic, as well as Celtic & American cultures.
Free to the public! Bring the family!

April 28, 2007 - evening
Rounders' House Concert, Wilmington, Delaware, 8pm.  Adm. $15
Intimate house concert followed by a good ol' jam session!
